Not a hotel ballroom

This is a ritual, not a talk. It happens on a real farm — chickens, trees, a kitchen, a table — because crossing a threshold does not only happen in the mind. It happens in the body, in the food and in the way we touch life again.

The work itself is shadow work: archetypes, the Wild Woman, the patterns a woman inherits and keeps carrying without naming them. Concrete, not theoretical. You bring your own situation; you leave with it named.

I

Arrive

Farm-to-table breakfast. The day starts at the table, not with a slide deck.

II

Recognize

The circle: which identity has ended, and what still repeats.

III

Face it

Body and myth — the part that talking alone does not resolve.

IV

Cross

Shared lunch and a closing ritual: what comes with you, and what stays here.

One retreat, one price

I answer personally.

Received. I will write back shortly with the next steps and the payment link.

Or a private session

El Umbral — 90 minutes, $500, online or in person. Bring one concrete situation: a pattern, an archetype that is running your life, something of the Wild Woman you want to understand. We find what holds the pattern in place and define the next move you can actually sustain.

Questions

Do I need previous experience with shadow work?
No. You need willingness to look, and to stay in your body while you do.
Is this therapy?
No. It is ritual and complementary work. If you are in acute crisis, the first step is a mental health professional — I will gladly point you there.
I am traveling to Puerto Rico. Where exactly is it?
Cidra, in the central mountains, about forty minutes from San Juan. The exact address and the full itinerary are confirmed when you book.
What language is it held in?
Spanish and English. The group is small enough that nobody is left out.
